Our activities are planned with the hope that during the year, there will be something to appeal to everyone. The activities include sports, tours, wine tasting, and many other activities. STS Walking Group – Need to walk off some extra calories!!!
Feel free to come out and join the walkers – snow or shine!!!

Where:  Each week the group will meet at a pre-arranged location.

5-Pin Bowling: STS Teachers’ Bowling League … resumes Sept 3
Tuesdays at 1:30 pm
Where:  Eastview Bowl, 2929 Louise St.
Who: Retired teachers and/or spouses/significant others! No experience necessary!

Seniors Drive Alive –   October 16-17, 2019

This SGI approved  driving refresher for seniors will happen just in time to get you ready for winter driving again.  The only cost to you, will be for the lunch.

Sew Much Fun

September 19 – Cards Made With Fabric – Instructor Judy McCrosky

Learn many different techniques, some of which use a sewing machine, while others don’t, and go home with beautiful personalized cards ready to give to friends and family. Techniques include fusible appliqué, sashiko, landscape, confetti, paper piecing, miniature quilting, and crazy quilting.

November 1 – Appliqued Funky Chickens –

Instructor Miriam Pyett

Learn to appliqué using a playful, funky chicken pattern! Ideal for blocks, placemats, table runners, pillows . . .the list goes on!

Both classes will run 9:00-4:00 at Eamer Auditorium in the STF building in Saskatoon for a fee of $20 (plus materials).
